Ocean Art Walk 2016 - Seeking Artists
In the next ten years, the amount of plastic waste in our oceans could rise to as much as one kilogram of waste for every three kilograms of fish.
Ocean Art Walk is a platform for artists and young people to reflect on the ways in which our behaviour affects the health of our ocean. It uses art to capture the attention of the public and inspire positive action.
In preparation for Ocean Art Walk 2016, we are now seeking visual artists to produce commissioned artwork and/or run artist-in-school residencies. All artwork will be exhibited outdoors for three weeks and must be weatherproof. If you are interested in taking part, read the submission guidelines and complete the submission form here by 10 December.
